Born in Vietnam, raised in Madagascar, I have enjoyed a bilingual education and traveled the world.
I am an artist, an internet marketer. I am passionate about many things: Art, music, books, films,natural health and travel.
I am currently located in Barcelona, a city of Art and excellent food. Everything is so fresh here, it is wonderful to go to the markets.

Christophe
Born in France, raised in Vietnam, India, Syria and Lebanon, I went back to the Hexagon aged 15. I have always been an ecologist but my academic background and my different job assignments have taken me away from that route. Based in Barcelona since 1992, I am enjoying here their Mediterranean Diet. I discovered back in 1998 that Spaniards had the second longest lifespan expectancy in the world, on a par with the French, just below the Japanese. This struck me and since then my hobby is to do research on the impact of food and lifestyle on ageing. I am looking forward to sharing my findings with you on that blog.
